Upon completing your subscription purchase — whether directly through our website or via Microsoft Marketplace — you will receive access to Orato Flow through the following process:

3. Delivery Timeframe
Access to Orato Flow is typically delivered immediately upon successful payment. In most cases:
- Instant access: You can begin using the Service within minutes of completing your purchase.
- Microsoft Marketplace purchases: Provisioning through Microsoft Marketplace may take up to 24 hours, depending on Microsoft's processing times.
- Enterprise or custom plans: For enterprise agreements requiring custom configuration, delivery may take up to 5 business days. We will communicate expected timelines during the onboarding process.
4. System Requirements
To use Orato Flow, you will need:
- A compatible device (Windows, macOS, or supported web browser)
- A stable internet connection for real-time translation and transcription features
- An audio input device (microphone) for live transcription
It is your responsibility to ensure your system meets the minimum requirements for the Service. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by incompatible hardware, software, or network environments.

- Verify that your payment was processed successfully
